Main Floor: This freshly renovated home has so much to offer its guests! The kitchen is open and bright with all new cabinets and appliances including a fantastic induction cooktop oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, standard drip coffee maker and electric tea kettle. There is a nice sized kitchen island for even more space to prep your meals, as well as a stool for someone to sit on and keep you company while you cook. The dining room table is set up for 6, but can easily accommodate 8 guests, and there is also a separate game table close by that can be used for overflow, as long as you have finished your puzzle or monopoly game. The living room has a large sectional sofa to relax on and a smart TV with both spectrum cable channels and streaming channels like Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video available. Or, you can cozy up to the fireplace in one of the comfy chairs to warm up your feet. Just down the hall is the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the washer and dryer. Continue down the hall to find the primary bedroom with a king size bed, en suite full bath with walk-in shower, dresser and 2 closets for all of your clothes.
