Located on the 11th floor, on the east end of the property, you will wake up each morning in this unit to a wonderful view of snow white beach sand, and emerald green waters below. The condo is conveniently located by the elevators, completely remodeled, and newly furnished. New appliances, new cabinets, new furniture, granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms, new tile flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a memory foam top mattress. It is really comfortable! The windows in the master are floor to ceiling with a great view of the beach below. From the master bedroom you'll have your own private exit onto the balcony, should you decide to walk out at night and take in the sound of crashing waves or just smell the salt air. The 2nd bedroom has two (XL) twin beds. The beds have a 9 inch memory foam mattress. This bedroom has great view to the east side of the beach, and direct access to the 2nd full bath. In each bedroom you will find a cable 32' LCD TV and a DVD player. The living room has a beautiful and comfortable sofa, 2 lovely chairs, a 55' LCD TV, DVD player, and Free high-speed Wireless Internet connection. From the living room you have access to a large beachfront balcony with a picnic table & chairs and a comfortable lounge chair. The view from the balcony is of the Gulf of Mexico & the beach below.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (w/ice-maker), coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, tableware and cooking utensils. Also, there is a laundry room that contains full size washer and dryer. Please note, there is NO Smocking, and NO Pets allowed in the condo or in the complex.
