Beautiful brand new 3 bedroom/4 bathroom located across the street from beach, Ideal for a family vacation, this beautiful private home will meet all your needs. With 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom our home can comfortably accommodate 8 adults.
PLEASE NOTE: The home and community pool is ready for business, however you will ongoing construction in the area on other cottages.This is 1 phase of a new beach village.

Located within less 1 minute driving (0.6 miles) and 10-11 minutes walking to closest beach access, this private cottage will make perfect spot for your family vacation. Located in a private community but the same time close ( walking distance) to the best places Orange Beach has to offer:Live Bait, Dock's Seafood and Steak, Wolf's Bay and many others attractions Orange Beach has to offer for adults and kids.
We do provide all towels, all kitchen essential ( pots, pans, cooking utensils, wine glasses, plates) Kitchen Aid coffee maker with creamer, sugar and Lavazza coffee ( ground and beans) also on outside back porch you will find a brand new grill with propane tank.

Ground level-3 covered parking spots , outside shower with hot and cold water, and porch with outside seating.
2 AC units and a separate Thermostat
for each floor will let you chose the preferred temperature for hot summer days.

Open concept kitchen with seating on Island for 3. The kitchen features Carrara countertops an apron front sink and a 5 burner gas range. Large dinning area and a living room with 65 inch TV and a comfortable couch (sleeping sofa)
Samsung brand new washer and dryer in laundry room. Large full bathroom with walk-in shower marble vanity. An 18" wide porch with outside seating looking at State Park ( natural vegetation)

# 1st bedroom (king bed) with large bathroom, double vanity and large walk in shower.
# 2nd bathroom with private bathroom, combo tub-shower and king bed.
# 3d bedroom with private bathroom ,combo tub-shower and king bed. All bedroom comes with 45 inch smart TV and connected to owner Netflix account.
Amenities of beach village are: zero entry resort style pool, gazebo, fire pit, mini-golf outside seating and dinning by the pool. Fishing is allowed in the community lakes.
