A truly lovely home with a delightful gated fountain courtyard entry that leads to a formal living room with a pool view and a beautifully landscaped very secluded sunny backyard.
A dramatic floor plan featuring formal living room and dining room with seating for eight, plus a family room for casual gatherings and a outdoor dining area surrounded by Palm Trees. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths in the main house, plus a 1 bedroom, 1 bath detached Casita with private entrance. All of the main house bedrooms have direct outdoor access to the salt system filtered pool; spa & palm tree shaded outdoor areas.
