ACCESSING THE CONDO
Our condo offers keyless entry with a Smart Lock and Keypad. Guests can use the code they are sent to unlock the door with keypad. (Access will only be granted for the dates of the reservation and will expire upon checkout at 10:00 am.)
Feel right at home during your stay! The owner's closet will remain locked, but the rest of the property is yours to enjoy. Our location is amazing because you can walk just about anywhere, and everything else you could need is a short drive away.
FAVORITE LOCAL SPOTS
If you're looking for some great seafood and probably the best she-crab soup you've ever had, go to Sea Captain's House. If you're looking for a more upscale experience with excellent food, try out Hook & Barrel. This is our personal favorite! Fun attractions are nearby, such as Broadway at the Beach, TopGolf and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The condo is similarly close to many golf courses, like the Pine Lakes Country Club and River Oaks Golf Plantation.
GENERAL INFORMATION
We have compiled all the necessary details of the stay and our favorite local spots all in one place for easy viewing in a guestbook. Guests will receive a digital copy of our guestbook before their stay that they can save for offline viewing at any time. Guests will no doubt love how easy it is to access details such as local dining options, attraction information or even what they need to bring with them for their stay.
PARKING
We recommend using the 15-minute parking to unload when available. Availability can vary based on how busy the resort is. Otherwise, there is a parking garage across the street where guests are free to unload. Guests will only need an access code for parking, which they will receive upon booking.
Walking on the beach is always nice, but local shopping options like Walmart, Publix, and many other local shops are only a few minutes away by car.
In spring and fall, the nights can get cool due to the ocean breeze. Packing a light jacket will ensure your comfort during your stay.
Myrtle Beach offers numerous exciting events. Don't miss out on the fun! Check for local events and activities before your visit.
Smoke/Vape Policy: For the comfort of all guests, the entire resort is smoke and vape-free. Smoking violations will result in fines for deep cleaning.
Rental Agreement: The guest booking the stay is required to sign a Rental Agreement before the reservation is accepted. Please ensure compliance for a smooth check-in.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation to respect your fellow guests' tranquility.
We provide the convenience of early check-in from 12:00 pm for a nominal fee of $85. To ensure a guaranteed early check-in, guests are kindly requested to accept this alteration at least 24 hours before their scheduled stay.
Important:
To ensure a more convenient experience for you, we've replaced the damage deposit with an increased cleaning fee. This change provides coverage for any potential damages caused during your stay, up to a maximum of $3000. This adjustment aims to streamline the process and offer you greater peace of mind.
Due to owners' health history, we cannot accommodate any pets, including service animals. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, we have implemented an age verification and ID submission process for bookings.
We require guests with no reviews or limited positive reviews to verify their email address before we can approve their booking request.
After you've completed your booking, we kindly request that the primary guest (the person who made the booking) submits a copy of their government-issued photo ID for verification purposes.
We accept passports, driver's licenses, or any official government-issued photo ID that clearly displays the primary guest's date of birth.
The entire resort is smoke/vape free. Fines will be assessed for any deep cleaning required from guests smoking.
The guest booking the stay must sign a Rental Agreement before the stay is accepted
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
The HOA regulates the balconies and sometimes must do maintenance. We do our best to provide notice but don't always get notice ourselves. Guests must be accommodating to the maintenance crew when they need to access the unit or balcony.
Unapproved late checkouts will result in fines up to $250.
