Summary: My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived, several lightbulbs were missing—apparently stolen—leaving the bathroom as the only functional light source. The front-desk staff didn’t seem to understand what a lightbulb even was, which made resolving the issue impossible.
The room itself was in terrible condition. The toilet paper dispenser bar was missing, there was no hot water, and the shower had a constant drip that sprayed water across the entire bathroom. I kept feeling like something was biting me throughout the night—though I didn’t find bedbugs, which is about the only positive thing I can say. There was a dead cockroach on the floor and random trash still left behind.
The room also had that unmistakable “cheap hotel” smell, a mix of stale cigarette smoke and harsh cleaner, even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. The bathtub had multiple cigarette burns around the rim, like several guests had literally fallen asleep smoking in the bath.
To top it all off, my keycard never worked. I had to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed every single night of my stay.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I absolutely would not recommend staying here.

Summary: Staff was nice, although it would have been nicer if they waived my first night after I was unavoidably delayed. Ultimately a get what you pay for place. Functional, clean sheets and towels, that's what you're getting at this price point. Secure parking is a plus.
