Cozy, modernly decorated, and comfortable two-story vacation home; 3 bedrooms + ample den/loft, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen & beautifully landscaped backyard. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We do NOT allow party people intending to throw a blowout or hold any type of social gathering or event in the house.

LLC Disclaimer • This property operates in compliance under state and local laws. It is not a short-term rental, nor a time share. This is a shared (multi-member) ownership held in an LLC. We are consistently looking to attract new members/owners to our LLC to help offset the common maintenance and furnishings expenses of the property among all members; hence, all of us get to enjoy the best experience. Since there are many members, our VRBO listing is utilized for scheduling and booking of the property on a first come-first serve basis. Some features and policies represented in this portal are not necessarily correct but they’re required to comply with Vrbo and I am not able to change them. The governing document of our shared ownership LLC is “The Operating Agreement”, which sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of it, you must be assigned an ownership interest % in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with the right to use the property. Full disclosure of all our policies are in the LLC’s Operating Agreement.

It is the perfect getaway far from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the Strip and popular must-see attractions.
