The cabin accommodates a maximum of four guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
One dog is welcome, and the applicable pet fee must be included with the reservation. No additional animals are permitted without prior approval.
The queen bed is located in a loft that requires climbing stairs. Guests who cannot use the stairs may use the sofa bed in the main living area. The common areas and bathroom offer step-free access.
The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trash is collected on Wednesdays. All trash must be placed inside a trash bag, and each bag must be securely tied before being placed in the outdoor cans. Phillips Trash Service removes the tied bags from the cans rather than emptying the cans, so please do not place loose trash directly in them.
The property does not provide a grill, firepit, garage, or dedicated storage area.
