The house is ideally situated within the Rookery, just a few steps away from the zero-depth pool, and a brief walk or golf cart ride to the beach with easy parking. The roomy living and dining space is an ideal place to relax, and the screened porch outside provides a beautiful view of the shimmering pool.
The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy--traditional coffee pot or Keurig are both available. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite shower/tub combo.
