The master bedroom features 1 king size bed, dresser, TV with Amazon Prime, HBO Max and Netflix. The master bedroom also features 2 large closets, access to the bathroom and a deck with 2 chairs overlooking the pool.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, desk, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The full bathroom is located upstairs and has 2 different access doors, one from the master and one from the hallway by the guest room. Another full bath is located downstairs off the living room and kitchen.
Dining space accommodates 4 adults, sliding doors lead out to the front and back patio. The living room is decorated with a large sofa, ceiling fan, and Smart TV.
NOTE: All tenants must fill out the HOA application, which includes a background check. The fee is $100 for the first two adults, and $40 per adult after the first two and children under 18 are free.
