• A signed rental agreement and a $400 security deposit (processed by host on guest’s credit card) are required to keep your reservation. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or your reservation may be canceled.
• The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the stay.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No events, parties, or unregistered overnight guests are permitted.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
• No smoking or vaping inside the house. A $500 fee applies for violations. Outdoor smoking is permitted, but all cigarette butts must be discarded properly. A $50 fee applies if butts are left on the property.
