There is one bathroom located just steps away from the two guest bedrooms and living room, so it is easily accessible from all areas and another bathroom located near the master bedroom and sitting room leading out tot he outdoor space. As you walk through the dining area you will find it opens up to the large kitchen which is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is also a washer/dryer, in the full sized laundry room, for the added convenience to maximize your vacation. From the kitchen you will find the third guest bedroom down the hall to the left and the master bedroom and bathroom located to your right. This exceptionally large house also features a second sitting room in the back of the home facing the large outdoor area; perfect for enjoying the comforts of the inside while still enjoying the view of the outside. It also has a back sitting area that leads you to the back yard and beautiful in ground pool. The outdoor living of this home is just as impressive as the inside. The house includes a large fenced in yard, outdoor patio area with table & chairs for entertaining or watching the kids swim, and an amazing upper deck only accessible from the back yard with views of the gulf coast for miles in sight.
