Welcome home to this unique coastal cottage...this home will delight with the touches that don't represent the typical beach abode. ...The casual yet sophisticated home has a split floor plan with gorgeous honey toned wood tile throughout...and the Primary is separated from the other two bedrooms for your peace and quiet. The Open Kitchen concept allows ease of preparing meals or snacks while entertaining and boasts New Quartz countertops. The Lanai looks over the yard which is perfect for relaxing after a full day at the beach or having a burger on the grill. There is a King bed in the Primary Retreat, which has a large closet, unique for 1950's homes, and a 50" TV. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed and large double closet, and curtains that will block out light for a restful sleep. A set of Twins in the 3rd Bedroom allows for 2 persons to sleep comfortably OR can push together for a larger bed for 1. The 3rd bedroom also has a desk for your convenience and two sets of double closets. In the Living Room there is new furniture including a brand new sofa, leather club chairs, 65" Tv in the living room, High Speed Internet and Wifi all included. .
