Minut Home Sensor
To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut Home Sensor. This device monitors noise levels and sends notifications if they become excessive. Minut sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected.
Safety & Energy Conservation
⚡ Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.

🚮 Please do not loiter outside the building to respect our quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
🔒 Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit.

We have 2, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance & backyard overlooking the backyard area which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device inside the unit which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
