The upper level has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area and open living room. The floor also includes the master bedroom and bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. A sitting room is located off the master bedroom for work or leisure featuring a desk and comfy reading chair. Additionally, there are two upper-floor bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and 2 covered porches. The lower level has a front entry and a door opening to the back patio with a covered exterior staircase. There is a 2nd living area on this level and two bedrooms with a shared bath with tub/shower combination. The washer/dryer, a full-size refrigerator, microwave and utility sink are located in a separate room on this level. This beautiful, fully updated home is just a short 3 ½ minute walk to the beach!
