Positive: The size was great. It was walking distance to the ocean. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my coffee and viewing the ocean.

Negative: The unit was a mess, large hole in the couch, missing closet door, walls were a mess with marks and dirt all over them. You could still see where someone did a review about party decorations being left up ( this was awhile ago) and there was still tape on the ceiling that was not removed. You have to pay a cleaning fee and this unit is not clean. If you look up at the vents and ceiling fans they are covered with a thick layer of dirt. The next two things complaints would be the reason that I will never rent this unit again. First, this unit sleeps 20 people, you are not told up front that you only get 2 parking spots. There is no additional parking available, I called the rental company and they could not help me. My husband was able by sure luck to find paid over night parking. The last thing was the main reason I will never be back, On our last evening I received a text and email that we had left trash in the hall and did not take it to the dumpster. That trash was outside the elevator since Friday (this was Monday that I received this message) we did not leave the trash outside my family for the week took our trash to the dumpster. I called the rental company and they stated that the HOA always blames there tenants. I was very upset by this attack. My husband just wanted to end the situation and carried someone else's trash to the dumpster.
