You will be blown away by this spacious, 5-bedroom, 5 bathroom, apartment located at the highly sought-after complex of Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view condo is perfect for a large family, or a large group who is looking to stay in the same apartment! This unit will comfortably accommodate a total of 20 guests! Rent the adjoining unit and double the space (ask us how)!
Upon arrival, guests will enter through the oversized kitchen. The kitchen features multiple dining tables, as well as several dining chairs and bar stools. There is plentiful seating for everyone! Our guests will enjoy full sized appliances, oversized counter space, and plenty of cabinetry stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. One of the main focal points of the kitchen is the oversized fridge / freezer. It's massive and perfect for all food and beverages to accommodate a family or group of 20 guests! The kitchen also features granite countertops. A small balcony is accessible from the kitchen area.
As you make your way through the condo, there are a total of 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom features its own, full-size bathroom. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows:

Living Room: There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa
All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Centrally located in the apartment, there is a laundry / utility closet that features a full sized washer and dryer. There is also a half bathroom located in the hallway. At the very front of the condo is where the living area is situated. The living area features ample seating for several guests. The living room is fully furnished and also offers a wet bar! The sofa actually converts to a sleeper sofa and will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. Guests will have access to a large sofa, accent chairs, entertainment center, TV with cable, and access to the ocean view balcony. While the view is restricted by other buildings, the ocean is still visible from the balcony! It's important to note that this apartment can be rented as a 10 bedroom condo, or as a 5 bedroom condo as advertised. The neighboring apartment, unit 2D, is accessible from this unit, 2C, from a double-locked door in the kitchen area. Unit 2D is the exact same size and layout, and would accommodate an additional 20 guests! The 10 bedroom condo will accommodate a total of 40 guests! Ask us for more information! Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas is a small, ocean view complex located across the street from the ocean. The complex features a small outdoor pool and free parking. Guests love being able to walk across the street and access the beach without having to drive anywhere! We offer free wifi and cable TV. As mentioned previously, we also provide all towels and linens, and guests will arrive to freshly made beds and stocked bathrooms. Unlike other rentals in the area, there will be no charge for towels or linens.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you!
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas does not allow boats or trailers. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas is located approximately 25 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famous Skywheel. There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats!
Guest should be aware that the unit has some very heavy wear and tear! Please do not be surprised upon entering as this is a well used unit and it shows!! No refunds will be warranted for any of the wear and tear so please be advised before booking!!
Important Note: Parking is first come, first serve. Guests will be provided ONLY 2 parking passes for this unit. Guests will need to locate parking for any additional vehicles.
