Have fun with the whole family at our stylish Ocean City-convenient home! This wooded beach house boasts many modern upgrades including a beautiful kitchen with gas range, large flat panel televisions in almost every room, a washer and dryer, and even a Wii video game system in the living room! Queens in 3 bedrooms and a bunk bed with trundle in the 4th! Finally, enjoy all the amenities of Ocean Pines including access to 5 pools, a private OC beach club (w/pool!), and much more!

The Space:

Our beach house is conveniently located in the much desired Ocean Pines community, which boasts many resort-style amenities such as 5 pools, playgrounds, a beautiful golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a yacht club, restaurants, and shops! A short 10 minute drive takes you to Ocean City where you can access the Ocean Pines Beach Club with ample parking, including its pool and restaurant! Or a quick 20 minute drive to see the wild horses at Assateague Island! Also nearby is the Ocean Downs Casino, convenient grocery stores, and shopping!
Guest Access:
An Ocean Pines Beach Club parking permit is included for 1 vehicle ($47/day value!). This is a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club, which is a property located on the Ocean City coast separate from the home. Parking at the home itself is included in the rental, and there is sufficient space in the driveway for at least four vehicles!
Additional daily ($47) or weekly (7-day, $155) parking permits for the Ocean Pines Beach Club can be purchased at the Ocean Pines Association building from 8:00AM-4:30PM ET Monday through Friday. ADDITIONAL PERMITS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE.
Pool access is normally $15/person, but is reduced to $10/adult and $8/child (under 18) per day used as our guests. This charge is paid directly to the pool when accessing. One fee payment gets you access to all open pools for the same day! (This is the same for any Ocean Pines property.)

Other Things to Note:
Long Term Guests: Guests staying 28 days or longer will be required to sign a negotiable lease which includes additional terms, including guest responsibility for the utilities of water, gas, and electricity, guest responsibility for consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen supplies, and agreement to professional cleaning (at $150/clean) at least once every 28 days. Please feel free to ask any questions!

Check-out: 11AM or earlier
(It may be possible to adjust these times on a case-by-case basis.)
Pet fee: $75.00 per pet per stay. If a pet is not disclosed prior to arrival, the fee is $200 per undisclosed pet.
Up to 2 dogs only, no cats or other animals allowed. A pet crate is available upon request.
Garage Access: In general, the single-car garage is not accessible to guests. However, if you desire use of the garage for vehicle or other storage, it can be made available for an additional fee of $50 per stay.
