This well-maintained raised beach house is perfect for family and friends! It has an ocean view, is a 2-minute walk to the beach, and has a community pool! The location is fabulous--a five-minute drive or 15 minute walk to Alabama Theatre, Barefoot Landing, and Alligator Adventure. This property is set for a 7-day stay with checkout and checkin on a Sunday. If you would like to rent multiple weeks in a row, please contact for a discount.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware for you to prepare and enjoy your delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with washer, dryer. The dining room table seats six people comfortably. The kitchen has a bar area with four stools for additional seating. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and contains a king sized bed and has a private bath. There is an additional bedroom on the first floor that has a full size bed. The second floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One of these bedrooms contains a queen size bed. The second upstairs bedroom contains two full sized beds. All of the bedrooms have spacious closet space. Hardwood flooring is throughout the house. Every bedroom and the living room contain a flat screen television and DVR players. Free Wifi included. To add another pleasurable activity, there is a community pool that is only shared by 12 other houses within this community!
For the grilling family! There is a gas grill in the carport area of the house as well a patio set. This area is perfect for cookouts--even if it rains!
To make your stay less complicated your linens will be provided: a complete sheet set for each bed as well as 12 bath towels, wash clothes and beach towels. At this time we are not accepting pets.
