The glass out to the oceanfront balcony in the living room was just replaced for a clear view of the ocean. All kitchen appliances were updated in August 2020. The balcony was recently waterproofed and there is brand new outdoor furniture.
The second bedroom has a single and queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a desk. There are TVs with cable in each room and wifi with instructions next to each television.
