Fully renovated in 2021 with new kitchen, baths, flooring, floor to ceiling sliders to enjoy the ocean view, fresh paint, pictures and lighting throughout. New heater/air conditioner in 2022 for year round comfort. Large recreation room with kitchen and fantastic views, overlooking the heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, gym with equipment, and of course direct beach access. Watch the pelicans and spinner dolphins, walk for miles north and south, see cruise ships sailing on the horizon, watch launches from Cape Canaveral, and enjoy the uncrowded and beautiful beach as much you like. Close to great shops and restaurants on the island and across the causeway to the mainland. Boating, fishing and golfing nearby. Underground parking as well as a large surface parking lot. “We absolutely LOVED our stay at the condo! Carrie was very accommodating and thought of everything we would need! The view was so stunning and the condo was beautifully updated! Having coffee on the patio in the mornings (and wine in the evenings) was the highlight of our trip! There is a full gym on the property you can use and a glorious heated pool by the beach. We highly recommend her condo to everyone who comes to visit !"
