4 Bedroom House in Rehoboth by the Sea, Rehoboth Beach
There is nothing like this anywhere in the area! What was once an estate until 1984, has been turned into an exclusive, private community for 21 families. This rental underwent a beautiful, full-house renovation. It is the only Oceanfront rental property in Seagate, and in Rehoboth/Dewey to accommodate 10 people, and have breathtaking views of the ocean, while overlooking 2 large pools. The first level of this 3-story single family home has 4 bedrooms all with private bathrooms (king bed , queen bed, 2 rooms with a queen/full bed and bunk beds), along with a laundry room, large covered and uncovered patio with a firepit and outside shower. The main (middle) floor is a beautiful, wide-open floor plan that spaciously accommodates a large kitchen/dining area, separate wet bar area, family room w/large screen TV and in/outdoor stereo system, card table nook, and large deck. The third floor is a fully-dedicated, private master suite with king bed overlooking ocean, 2 private decks, an office area, exercise equipment, second laundry/dressing area, and large bathroom.
The community has a casual resort/country-club feel, due to the abundance of amenities and conveniences. Aside from the 2 large heated pools, our guests have full access to the sports court (tennis, pickleball, basketball), Manor House game room/main level/ocean deck (right next door!), complementary breakfast on weekends and holidays, complementary beach chairs and umbrellas (that are even set up for you), and 2 off-street parking spaces.
The location is probably the best around as well. Conveniently situated between Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches, you will be walking distance from either town, or you can enjoy the 'Jolly Trolly' shuttle that stops right at the end of our block during the summer. Both towns have amazing character and plenty of dining, shopping, entertainment, and boardwalk fun. It is also a quiet residential street, so you will be distant enough for tranquility.
In season (Memorial-Labor Day) available for weekly rentals only (Friday-Friday). 3 night minimum in off-season, 4-5 nights holiday dependent. Tenant provides linens, towels, soap and paper products, but we have a wonderful concierge team you can contract with to handle this for you.
