This home was newly constructed last year 2015. The firm that built and designed the home was Dowling Homes, LLC out of Florence. The home is located in beautiful historic downtown Georgetown and is in walking distance to many good restaurants and shops. The home is 2600 square feet with 4 bedrooms. A bathroom for every bedroom plus a half bath. The master suite has a screen porch. We hope you enjoy your stay. PLEASE NOTE. Due to large amount of building projects and more going on in our area, and the house being leased quite a lot, we are finally able to schedule repairs. We currently have one bathroom that is being water tested and repaired. We ask that we know exactly how many guest are coming prior to accepting a reservation.
