Enjoy watching ducks paddling across the lake, and Egrets and Herons along the banks. Bring your binoculars! Great location. The community pool is right out the front door with quick and easy access to bathrooms. This villa is ideal for your vacation at the beach, and it has a stand up desk for working vacations. Nicely furnished thoughout and the kitchen is fully equipped. Living area has a wall mounted TV, and sliding doors that open to the furnished screened porch and view. The dining table seats 5 with 3 extra seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, and access to the porch. The master bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a wall mounted TV and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area has a sleeper sofa with Air Dream mattress. Storage area for golf cart (with a charger) or beach gear.
