Summary: Based on the price I paid, I honestly wasn't expecting much from this hotel. However, I was very pleasantly surprised once I got there. The room was nice and very clean, and every employee I encountered had a helpful, positive attitude. Breakfast was good but very simple...just what I expect from a hotel at this price point so no complaints there. When I was checking out, the young man at the desk was so likeable and personable. I did not get his name, but I won't forget him and his sweet soul. I will not hesitate to stay at Parkwood Inn & Suites on my next trip to Manhattan!
