This property features a large, open concept, one floor condo with full access to all exterior condo amenities. Tennis courts, two pools, entertaining area with large club house featuring a full kitchen, bbq, pool table, ping pong table and a variety of entertainment and seating areas. The condo association has access to a private marina for all your boating needs including boat trailer, RV storage lot, day parking, boat slip and water access to the near by beach which is all included in the rental fee. There are beautiful fully paved walkways/bike paths that span for miles. Take a stroll to a gorgeous look out on the pier, only a few minutes away- to take in those canal/bay/ocean sunset views. You also have a number of golf courses, specialty restaurants, specialty dessert and ice cream stores, Publix grocery store, and pharmacy with in a few min. car ride or walking/biking distance. There is an updated guest binder located in the condo with information on all of these neat local attractions. There is a new air fryer and crock pot in the kitchen to make cooking easier.
The condo itself is situated on the end of the subdivision to allow for a very quiet retreat. It is all living space is main floor with both heating and central air. There is its own driveway attached to the house as well as a full garage for all your needs. Bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, fine dining wares are all avail. for your use in this condo. There are two bedrooms with the master bedroom also having a full desk and a sitting area. The very spacious master bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted into two twins with full bedding in the closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full closet, and dresser. There is a large private lanai located off the living room which has a master bedroom sliding door access that can be used as a second sitting and entertainment area or as a guest room with a television and murphy bed style couch that easily converts into a queen bed. This room also has shutters and screens, and door coverings for optimal privacy. There is a small screened in porch and sitting area at the entrance of the home to enjoy a morning coffee. This house is your home away from home. It is tastefully decorated and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, its own laundry-room with folding table and full size washer and dryer. The house has been designed to have all floors being both tiled and hard wood to keep it looking and feeling as clean as possible. With all these features we are sure you will love and thoroughly enjoy our families vacation home.
