As of Winter 2025, the owner has added even more updates! All carpeting has been replaced with gorgeous new LVP flooring in the bedrooms and upstairs, and the stairs now feature beautiful wooden treads. On the balcony, we've added four new Adirondack chairs where you can unwind and enjoy the view. We're sure you'll love these new touches!

It includes a sink, stove/oven, top-mounted microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher, as well as plenty of cabinet space. It's stocked with all the basic kitchen necessities, cookware, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, and glassware. Additionally, this unit is equipped with a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, so you can have your coffee your way! Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or cooking a full meal, you'll have everything you need. When you're not in the mood to cook, Sea Pond Villas is just a short walk or drive to some fantastic local restaurants, many of which offer delivery through services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
