The room is situated on the 2nd floor of a 4-story house and shares a full bathroom with one other bedroom. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer on the second floor, which you are free to use—provided you bring your own detergent.
The room itself is simple, featuring a closet equipped with hangers and a bookshelf for storing clothes. While there are no dressers, you are welcome to bring personal furniture items to customize the space, depending on the length of your stay.
Inside the room, you’ll find a computer desk and chair, along with a whiteboard. Please use only dry erase markers on the board.
One of the highlights of this room is its view overlooking a nearby park, where you can watch dogs running around with their owners.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms. Two of these rooms do not have access to the kitchen or washer and dryer facilities, providing exclusive use of these amenities for guests renting this particular bedroom. As a reminder, the kitchen must remain vegan at all times.

As our guest, you'll have access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the house. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a TV, as well as our kitchen. Please note that all food items in the kitchen belong to our tenant and are off-limits. Additionally, any food or items you bring into the kitchen must adhere to our vegan policy.
The 2nd floor, where your room is located, features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and access to the washer and dryer. You're welcome to use the laundry facilities, but we kindly request that you use your own detergent and promptly remove your clothes from the dryer once finished.
Please be aware that the basement and 3rd floor are strictly off-limits as they are reserved for our other guests.

The other bedroom sharing this floor is listed as a short-term rental, meaning you’ll share the bathroom with whoever books that space. Our cleaner performs thorough turnover duties, including bathroom cleaning, after each guest checks out. However, there may be gaps between cleanings. During these times, it will be your responsibility to maintain cleanliness to ensure a welcoming space for new guests.
IMPORTANT: The bedroom door has a lock that can only be locked from the inside (no key provided). While the room can be locked while you’re inside, once you leave, it cannot be locked. Since 2018, I’ve hosted guests without any issues, and my tenant, who has been in the house since 2020, is highly trustworthy. If not having a key is a concern, this listing may not be suitable for you.
