The outside pool deck is stunning and has the benefit of a heated pool and a large open and covered area for sun and shade. The grill is ready for your selection of steak, chicken, or fish, and the pool area and privacy fencing make for a very relaxing and fun location for the family. Walk next door for a famous ice slushy. Boulineau's shopping and ACE True Value Hardware are right across the street and two of the best places on the beach to grab a sandwich, full bakery selection, home-cooked meals, groceries, or just hang out at Ace True Value Hardware picking up fishing and tackle supplies or just wander around shopping.This home is rustic and truly an awesome location and has all the amenities of a newer home.
