Reel Livin' is a three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home right on Copano Bay. The bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms are upstairs with a convenient half-bath and laundry room downstairs.
This bright and tastefully-decorated home was built in 2015 with additional upgrades and updating in 2021-22. It features an open concept living room and kitchen with beautiful views of the bay. The kitchen is fully-stocked with cookware and utensils for those who love to cook. The ensuite primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and direct access to a balcony overlooking the pier and with water views for miles.The second bedroom contains a queen bed and the third bedroom features a double bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and quality mattresses. Outside you can choose to spend your time in the sun on the 40ft deck or on the private 250ft fishing pier. The pier also has a shaded area on the t-head, but it is built in a way not to interfere with casting for your daily catch. There are two fish-cleaning stations, one on the dock and one down the pier, both with access to water and light.
The home also features a large, fenced breezeway under the house where you'll find a picnic table and other seating if you prefer shade. At night the pier is lit with solar lighting and there are string lights you can plug in, as well. Two fishing lights will come on automatically around dusk and shut off at dawn.
While at Reel Livin' you can see many different birds like the Great Blue Heron, pelicans, seagulls and even the neighborhood ducks. Fishing can bring in trout, redfish, catfish, black drum and even gar and blue crabs. It's also not unusual to see dolphins swimming right past the end of the pier as they cruise around the bay!
