Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The master bathroom has a shower, and the guess bathroom has a tub. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, granit counter tops, hardwood floors. This condo has lots of light and is very comfortable. The kitchen is loaded with pots and pans, glassware, flatware, and china. Linens are included. We have a 42' flat screen TV in the living room and a small TV's in the bedrooms. Wireless Internet and Cable TV. Washer and Dryer. You can watch the sunsets every night from the comfort of your own home. There is lots of natural light, and from the balcony you can see dolphins and resident birdlife every morning. I have also seen manatees! Waterside provides resort living with all the amenities and 24/7 guarded community.We are 10 minute drive from downtown St. Petersburg, museums, restaurants, galleries and shopping. Also 15 to 20 minutes drive from St. Pete Beach and Fort DeSoto Park. Tampa International Airport is 20 minutes away. A perfect spot to have the best of both worlds.
