Nice and spacious with vaulted ceiling in the living area and lots of natural light from the wall of windows and sliding glass door to the balcony, and the transom window above. The covered balcony has a view out to the ocean. This condo is very nicely furnished and updated throughout. The dining area seats 4 comfortably. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and a French door refrigerator. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, cable TV, and a wall of floor to ceiling windows and ocean view. The private bath has updated vanity and granite countertop, and the tub shower combination has a tiled surround. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, and a TV. The hall bath has an updated vanity with granite countertop and tub shower combination with tiled surround.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
