“River Ridge” is a beautiful custom home, built in 2022, in the Heartstone gated community. Sleeping 34, this 6 bedroom, 6 full bathroom 2 half baths will be perfect for the multi-family Frio River vacation. The open floor plan is spacious for large gatherings and the outdoor covered porch and outdoor kitchen areas are an extension for your enjoyment and entertaining. The perfect home for your Frio family vacation! Enjoy the amenities this home has to offer. There is an outdoor kitchen and bar area for you to enjoy and entertain your guests. There are also two outdoor TV's to enjoy while swimming and grilling. A private bedroom located off the back porch has a separate entrance, allowing privacy. The backyard will be a great place to spend time with your family and friends. Enjoy the private pool, with a slide. The little ones will not want to get out of the pool. There is something for everyone to enjoy.
To help keep the cost of your rental down, guests have the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks notice prior to arrival. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have linens and towels readily available.

CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
