This is the perfect place for your sibling's family to join you at the beach with all the togetherness you need during the day, but observe family quiet time with two separate living spaces when desired. Comfortable, classic furnishings and easy to clean LVP flooring throughout this tastefully decorated home make this a family friendly beach vacation rental. Full lite gliding door walls open the living room entirely up to the beach! Thoughtful upgrades like custom tile work and upgraded stainless fixtures will have you feeling luxurious at an affordable price.
Ground Level: We are a one story home on pilings. The oceanfront side of house has easy access to the beach: only a few steps from the sand up to the oceanside porch. Private Boardwalk to the beach with sand shower. Extra storage for surfboards, washer and dryer under house. Stairwell from driveway up to Level 2 Porch. Washer and dryer under the house.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rodgers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.
Getting Around:
Sea Coast Input : Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).
Carolina / Kure Beach is easily navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and explore the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.
For a day trip travel from Ft. Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry and their many antique stores.
