This fabulous beach house is located on North Ocean Boulevard in Tilghman Estates, and North Myrtle Beach and across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Simple Pleasures sits on a large corner lot with a large private pool and beautiful tropical landscaping.
Hardwood and ceramic tile floors are throughout the vacation rental. The upper level features a great room in the middle of the house that is perfect for socializing, games and dining. The well equiped kitchen is open to the great room and includes a breakfast bar, stainless steel oven and microwave, side by size refrigerator and dishwasher. Each side of the center greatroom includes two bedrooms and a bath with a privacy hall that separates the sleeping quarters from the living quarters. The upstairs screened porch is furnished with wicker group seating and is a great spot reading, relaxing and enjoying good conversation with friends and loved ones.
Downstairs you'll find a living and dining area, kitchenette and laundry area in the center of the home. There is also a bedroom and bath on one side and two bedrooms with two baths on the other side of the downstairs living area.
For outside enjoyment and relaxation there is a front covered porch with rocking chairs, plenty of fenced back yard with a large private pool and a grill for barbequing.
