Summary: The desk staff was friendly. The room, however, was lacking. We paid extra for our dog so they put us in a kennel. It was not like the photo, which was of a well-equipped room taken probably 15 years ago. It was a worn-out room with a double bed, not the queen-size we booked and numerous maintenance failings. The heat didn't work well (settings were screwy); there was no fan in the bathroom (with mold indicated as a result), the counters were coming apart, the light fixture cover was off and sitting on a shelf, the closet curtain was missing. In addition, the remote control did not work with the TV. It wasn't the battery; it was an incompatible remote. The desk clerk gave us another one that did work.
