Equipped for long and short stays, this studio is an Industrial-chic urban studio apartment attached to Coffee Prose @ The Monastery in Midtown. The side door is the main door to the building. Once inside, you have a private entry door with the smart lock. We offer a queen sized bed and a leather couch. The full kitchen is equipped for you to cook. You have a Smart TV with apps. The best restaurants are close.
This apartment is on the second floor of the building - there are 20+ stairs total. There is no elevator. We provide a smart lock which we send you a personalized code before arrival.
The comfortable leather couch is great for lounging while reading or watching the Smart TV.
You will sleep sound on the 12" green tea foam queen mattress. A steamer, hangers, and laundry basket for your convenience in the closet.
The kitchen is completely stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, and dual sink. All cookware, dishes, silverware, and utensils are included.
A dining table and chairs for eating and for your laptop. A coffee pot, coffee, sugar, creamer, and mugs are included.
The spacious bathroom offers a rainfall shower head and a hand shower head, luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.
MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, and the television.
There is a double-sided locked door to the unit next door. Neither parties can unlock the door. Please do not open the windows. We have fruit bats in Jackson that can fly into the windows. They will not harm you but they will enter the property especially when the weather turns cold.

We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.
