Open the French doors for spacious indoor/outdoor living, watch the sunrise in the east and set in the west. The intimate space is perfect for two and if you travel with your pets, dogs are welcome the yard is completely fenced. When the gardens are in bloom the yard is teaming with birds, butterflies, and sweet smelling blossoms.
Fall in love with Summerland and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Walk to beach, shops, restaurants, bar, parks, and miles of mountain hiking trails right from the front door. It's a quiet town and wonderful to explore on foot with your evening beverage or use hills to workout in the cool mornings.
Summerland is an ideal location to stay and explore the best the Central Coast has to offer. Montecito to the north and Carpinteria south are a ten minute drive. Santa Barbara fifteen minutes away. In our coastal zone there is no end of urban adventuring and nature to experience. The Santa Ynez Valley wine country is 45 to the north and Ojai is 30 minutes east. There is so much to do here and we are happy to share our favorite outings!
Highway 101 and the train run along the ocean, four blocks down from the cottage. With the unobstructed ocean view, you will hear sounds from both.
