Summary: Unfortunately there was no air conditioning for our first night and the next day. They did get a new air conditioner installed by 4:30 the following day. I did receive a refund for this day. There were several things that did not work (the fire alarm had no batteries or cover, the bathroom sink stopped up each time it was used, the curtain rod broke the first time we opened the curtains in the bedroom. I shared all of this with the property manager so just be sure the items are repaired before you go. Also, there was only one roll of toilet tissue for a 3 day stay for 2 people. Maybe take some supplies with you.
