As you walk up the steps and enter the front door, you're greeted by tons of natural light, luxury vinyl plank flooring and views of the pool and golf course.
The living area features a Crate and Barrel sectional sofa and a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV.
The dining area has seating for 6 and access to the private deck area.
The kitchen has been opened up and renovated to include all new cabinets and quartz countertops. You will find brand new Bosch appliances, a gorgeous Italian 7-burner dual fuel range and a stand-alone ice maker.
The primary suite offers a king size bed, Smart TV, views of the pool and a large closet area. The private bathroom is complete with dual vanities and a spacious, zero-entry walk-in shower.
On the other side of the home you'll find the two guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large zero-entry walk-in shower. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV and private bathroom with shiplap walls and a tiled tub/shower combination.
The outdoor area of this home was completely reconstructed in the spring of 2022 to include a new premium PVC decking and a pool. The deck offers a mix of sun and shade, multiple sitting area, all with views of the natural landscaping and golf course beyond.
