Summary: This place, was awesome. I'm disabled. And finding hotels that will accommodate you is hard . I have mobility issues, trouble getting to the bathroom, trouble loading my truck back up. This staff went out of their way, helped me into my room multiple times, took my luggage to my truck for me, gave me clean towels and linens when the toilet basically exploded all over in a huge mess. Even brought a new key to me so I didn't have to go to the lobby. These people are seriously wonderful. I mean that. It's terrible living with a disability and having issues like I do and then when simple stuff like a toilet backing up happens and you can't stop it.. the staff here is amazing... 10 stars

Summary: The hotel is a bit old, but it was comfortable and met our needs. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean, and the big TV was a nice touch. The staff was very attentive, and the location was convenient, close to the airport. A practical choice for staying in Pensacola.

Summary: Staff was very sweet. Also maintains was very fast and very kind(prob 10 mins max?). Usually picky! but this was nice and very comforting!

Summary: Check-in was easy, location was easily accessible, room was clean. Did not have a shower curtain but they brought one right up. The one thing I did not like was how hard the bed was. But for a weekend stay, it was overall not bad at all.

Summary: The area outside is clean easy accessible to the highway. I noticed a lot of truckers coming through. The room was as pictured EXCEPT the beds I requested 2 Queen size room & upon arrival it was 2 full size beds. When I went to the front desk the insisted it was a queen although I have one of my own and it is impossible. After speaking with the manager there are no Queen size available and was unable to differ in price because I purchased on Expedia.
Overall I would say a 6/10 experience only because we only showered & slept didn't stay in the hotel all day long.

Summary: Stayed 1 night & reserved online same day. For the money, this place is great, clean, quiet, room didn't have bad smell, but definitely in need of update. Water was hot, TV great, & bed was bug free. Elevator convenient to the room. Many workers & truckers stay here but that didn't affect my stay. There's no smoking in rooms, so saw several people sitting outside in doorways smoking(following the rules). Would stay here again.

Summary: I stayed at this property before when it was a Baymont Inn. Price was OK, there was no breakfast available.
Room is old, but clean… just fine for an overnight stay.
