Enjoy this luxury bungalow, The Artiste, located in a historic neighborhood, the Heights, which is the closest neighborhood to downtown. It is less than a mile from the BOK, restaurants, museums, PAC, and cocktail bars of the Tulsa Arts District. Peruse local art throughout the house. If you’re attending events or just getting away to relax, The Artiste will not disappoint. Enjoy coffee on the porch and grilling on the patio. Enjoy the supplied wine, bubble water, and snacks. Afternoon walks throughout the historic, tree-canopied streets will take you back to another era. Home has been fully renovated to the studs. Everything is new. Rooms are bright, comfortable, clean, and cozy. There are ample pillows, throws, and seating areas. Plus, we love decorating for all the holidays!
The house is a split floor plan. The master is by itself on one side of the house. Staying in the master suite will have you feel as if you are at an upscale spa. The suite has a plush king size bed with ample natural light and blackout curtains for those that want to get unbothered rest. The suite includes clothing storage, a walk thru closet and a large TV for relaxing on those lazy mornings. The master bath has a large soaking tub with provided bath bombs, soaps and personal hygiene amenities. For those that don't like baths, there is a nice walk-in shower and separate toilet room.
The other two bedrooms include a queen bed in each room. Each room is stocked with 4 pillows, blankets, a walk in closet, and a TV in each.
The 2nd bathroom includes a nice soaking tub with a glass splash guard and provided personal soaps and hygiene amenities.
The house is stocked with a full chef's kitchen, including a hood, large chef's sink and pantry. All cookware is at your fingertips and ready to be utilized. Coffee is provided including a Keurig as well as all needed items for a French press. The home has a nice laundry/mud room with a washer and dryer and items needed to operate (detergent, etc).
There is a nice in-home office for those looking to get some work knocked out while visiting. The home includes an attached 1 car garage that we encourage our guest to utilize.
The home boast of a large front porch good for sipping your morning coffee. The home has a nice back patio with plenty of seating, a charcoal grill and firepit.
