The Grand Avenue Cottage is a 1300 plus square foot, well maintained vintage home on a corner lot. There are three steps required to enter the home. There is a handrail at the rear entrance. My home has large living and dining areas. There is a secretary desk in the main living area. The breakfast room is just off the kitchen as well as a large dining area with a table, sofa and chair for additional seating. Fully functional kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. There are necessary utensils, cookware, and dishes to cook and serve a meal. There is a large, enclosed back porch with washer and dryer. King bed in main bedroom. Queen bedroom also has a futon. There are two smart Roku TV’s in the home connected to DSL high speed Internet. There are NO cable or satellite channels.
