Summary: A lot of the things in the room came broken (the bathroom door, the toilet, the hair dryer. There were chunks missing on the the floorbords and the bed frame. We asked for more towels and they never came. no one mentioned that there was any breakfast service (no times, no location given and not mentioned in the website) and we found out after we checked out. Room walls were thin and there was a mysterious banging in the walls (pipes???). There was not one there to check us in and the one time I needed to ask the front desk for a extra key card (also only gave us 1 key card for 2 people, forst time ive had that happen). The only time I didnt have the wait the be helped (and I waited like a very slow 5-7 each time) was when I was checking out.
