Guest access
The entirety of the property is open to guests. It's possible that we may need access to the property occasionally to mow and provide basic maintenance. Certain closets are locked for cleaning supplies and maintenance material
Other things to note
-Listed as long term rental only (30 or more days).
-Basic cleaning and restock of supplies(wash towels, change and wash bed linens, sweep) can be performed upon request for an additional fee of $150.
-Due to this property being a long term rental, Owner or designated person has the right to access the property at any time. Notice will be granted to the tenant before entering the property.
-A pet deposit fee for approved breeds will be $250 before booking. This is a pet friendly place, if you have allergies please keep that in mind before booking.
-DO NOT leave pets unattended unless they are kept in a kennel. If damage is done by a pet, please report it immediately.
-Please keep food in the kitchen and in the dining room only. No eating food or drink upstairs in bedrooms and in the living rooms.
-Crawfish boiler is allowed to be used but must be cleaned and propane tanks refilled after use. If propane tanks are empty and crawfish boiler is damaged/broke, tenant will be charged.
-For extended stays(30 or more), trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please bring trash cans to the street prior to these days and return them.
-Due to sensitive plumbing, please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. If plumber needs to be called out due to a plumbing situation caused by tenants, tenant will be charged a $300 fee.

- • DO NOT ENGAGE WITH WILDLIFE
- • NO EATING/DRINKING, WET CLOTHES, MAKE UP, LOTIONS, OR OILS ON ANY FURNISHINGS, LINENS, BATH TOWELS OR BEDDING.
- • NO COOKING FISH/SEAFOOD OR FRIED FOODS IN THE HOME DUE TO LINGERING ODORS AND RISK OF FIRE
- • DO NOT LEAVE DOORS OPEN WITH AC RUNNING.
- • DO NOT SET AC BELOW 68 OR THE REFRIGERATOR BELOW THE MID SETTING AS THEY MAY FREEZE UP.
- • NO LOUD NOISES AFTER 10PM OR BEFORE 7AM DAILY
- • DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE (PM FOR EXCEPTIONS)
- EMERGENCY REPAIRS CALL OR TEXT ASAP
- The Renter fully agrees to and understands that the home owner is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal property or any personal injury including death, to any persons visiting or staying at the property and will hold the owner and operators harmless thereof.
- All guests in party and visitors to the property are required to abide by all rules and regulations of the property.
