Summary: The property was lovely. However, you can tell that it really needs some updating. Staff was friendly, although they seemed shortstaffed. I felt badly for the young lady trying to manage the front desk and the coffee shop in the morning by herself while I was sitting in the lobby. I also noticed the lobby needed some attention with cleaning. Crumbs, wrappers on the floor, etc. Our bathroom floor two was not clean. This was our second time there and we really do enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the mountains.
