This stunning 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home is very spacious and boasts 4 separate outdoor living areas to enjoy! Living area views of large pond and the roof deck offers amazing views all around. While there are 45 units in the Oystercatcher "style", this is one of only 12 of the largest square footage units. It is a raised beach style home (no elevator). The property is ready for your family with a pack 'n play, baby gate and highchair. Sleeps 8, close to the pool and a short 7 minute walk to the beach. It has everything that you need for a fantastic vacation in beautiful Pawleys Island!
The main floor, first floor, has a fully equipped kitchen, large living area, master bedroom with private bath & private balcony, and another bedroom with twin beds and a shared bathroom. In this bathroom, there is a washer & dryer. Second floor offers another bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bath. This bedroom has a private balcony and it leads to the amazing roof deck! This property offers 3 parking spaces in the driveway. Boats, motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not allowed. Rent a golf cart for easy traveling around the resort. There is a space under the house for charging a golf cart. Beach chairs are available, just bring your own beach/pool towels!

*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
