All three bedrooms are all downstairs, one bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a Full-Size Bed, and the yoga studio room/computer room has a Japanese style Queen size bed available for use and the upstairs living room has a futon with a full-size mattress. The downstairs bathroom is newly remodeled featuring a beautiful stand-up shower featuring a rain on showerhead for an added tranquil experience. The upstairs bathroom features a heart shaped Jacuzzi Tub with Jets and pub lights for a romantic or elevated zen experience. Outside you will find a Florida resort style pool surrounded by tropical lush trees and garden space with a newly built Pergola for added outdoor space for gatherings, yoga, meditation, ceremonies, or family entertainment etc. Next to it is an outdoor seating area with pub lights perfectly placed in a quite nook. There's an outdoor bon fire pit area which is great for family-time and stargazing with seating for 10. The house comes with a cold plunge tub which is great for resetting the nervous system and making it a part of your morning routine as you stay here or as an added feature to your event. There is an outdoor meditation nook with a copper pyramid. The house features a 360-degree wrap around deck giving you a unique experience and views overlooking the pool area and pond/driveway area and our beautiful mango tree and lush garden area all around with a bench and bistro table for making a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The dining room features a large farmhouse table with enough seating for 12 which makes a great place to host celebrations. The living room includes a designated workspace with high-speed internet offering a space for remote work. We have a SUP-paddleboard for use for guests during their stay and beach supplies.
