This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, original hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. Seven TVs, DVD players, stereo, and Wi-Fi are also included. Sleeping accommodations include three king and three queen-sized beds, plus two twin-over-twin bunk sets. Four bedrooms are on the main level (first floor), two are on the second floor. Each bedroom includes a private bath. The second half-bath is located on the ground level and is easily accessible from the pool area. Outdoor amenities feature a private 30-by-15-foot swimming pool (3-to-5-foot deep), covered wraparound deck on the main living level that faces beach side and south, large open air deck on the second floor facing south (both decks include full inlet and partial ocean views), floating and stationary docks, private boat ramp, enclosed outdoor showers, two public beach access entries directly across the street, and ample parking (some covered). Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
