Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan with solid hardwood (pine) flooring throughout. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with cozy sofas and a smart TV while the chef of the group prepares exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The home also offers a screened sunroom with dining and lounge areas - perfect for relaxing after a sun-filled day at the beach!
